What we are doing to keep our staff and guests safe:
This is an unprecedented time. Our #1 priority is to keep our community safe, comfortable, and informed. With the spread of COVID and it's variants, we are staying diligent with our safety guidelines. We are constantly adjusting and readjusting so that we may welcome as many people to Beauty and the Bean as long as we can do it safely. Please read below to get a better understanding of how we are being proactive, as well as how we plan to deal with any unfortunate circumstances that may come our way. As always, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns to info@csventures.us.
Stay well.

Stay well.
Cassie and the Beauty and the Bean staff
Our proactive measures:
- Constant sanitation of tables, and high touch surfaces such as counters, handles, credit card terminals, etc.
- Air purification and proper ventilation
- Hand sanitizer and disposable masks available
- Constant monitoring of staff well being
- Time off granted if staff feels sick in any way
If a staff member tests positive for COVID:
- They are to immediately notify the manager or owner of the positive test result
- The manager or owner notifies everyone they have been in close contact with (6 ft or less for cumulative 15 minutes or more) for the past two days
- The staff member is to stay home for 5 days
- The staff member is not to return to work until they are free of symptoms
If a staff member was in close contact with someone that tested positive for COVID:
- They are to get a test before their next shift, and may only work if it is negative
- If they have a negative test result and do not have symptoms, they are to wear a mask for 10 days, regardless of vaccination status
These guidelines follow CDC recommendations. Please contact info@csventures.us with any questions.
